Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering digital services aligned with your goals at StratedgeX. From the beginning, we invest in time, expertise, and resources for every project. Our refund policy is fair and transparent.

By using our services, we assume that you accept the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed due to the nature and scope of our services — strategy development, creative services, and execution.

Before confirming or paying, we strongly recommend that all clients carefully review the proposal, ask any questions and make sure they understand all expectations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Only in the following situations can refunds be considered:

    • Duplicate Payment

          After verification, we will refund the full amount if you have accidentally paid twice for the same service.

    • Not initiated

          After deducting any administrative or processing charges, you may receive a partial refund if you decide to cancel after the work has begun.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

In the following cases, refunds will not be given:

    • After project launch, a change of mind is possible
    • Delays due to the client (e.g. lack of response, insufficient input or assets).
    • Already delivered or partially completed services
    • SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads not performing to expectations?
    • Digital product purchases (if applicable) once delivered

4. Subscription Services

Monthly services like SEO, Google Ads Management or Meta Ads Management are available:

    • Once the billing cycle begins, fees for the current cycle are not refundable.
    • With written notice, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel at any time with a written notice.

5. Custom Website Projects

Website development projects are a good example.

    • To begin the work, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
    • No refunds will be given for completed work if you decide to stop the project after partial completion.
    • A partial refund can be negotiated if StratedgeX is unable to deliver the project for internal reasons. (Not client delays) This will depend on the stage of the development.

6. Process Time for Refunds Approved

If approved, refunds will be processed in 7-10 days via the original method of payment or as agreed with the customer.
